Margherita Pizza Omnomnom

Since cooking is a form of art too, I bring you a project that is quick and delicious. You really can't go wrong with a Margherita Pizza, unless of course you're lactose intolerant (wahwah) in which case I strongly recommend taking a couple of lactaids before eating this project. Without further ado...

Ingredients:

Pizza Dough
Basil Olive Oil (way better than regular olive oil in this recipe)
4-5 Large Basil Leaves (cut into strips)
2 Large Tomatoes
8oz Package of  Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (not shredded)

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 450

Oil your pan or pizza stone then stretch the pizza dough into a circle to make your crust.

Using a spoon or basting brush, cover the entire crust with basil olive oil.

Slice the mozzarella cheese and tomatoes into thin pieces and spread them out evenly over the entire crust.

Sprinkle basil pieces on top of the tomatoes and cheese

Drizzle basil olive oil over entire pizza

Bake in oven for about 10 minutes

Yum!!
